Once the schedule is finalized and we’ve adjusted our picks accordingly, would it be possible to generate either
- a pdf of the schedule showing all workshops and individual picks or
- a list of individual picks sorted by time?

No, generating a PDF of the schedule is not advisable
The page with the camp schedule will change daily, or sometimes hourly, since it is trying to closely mimic the original BAR camp philosophy of sticky-notes-on-a-whiteboard.
