Do you need contractors, freelancers, or full-time Drupal talent? Good, but where do you start? What questions do you ask? How can you check a persons credentials and abilities? How do you know if they really know Drupal?

These are questions that haunt many who are looking to hire Drupalers. In this session we will tackle these questions and give you the confidence to hire the right talent. Some of the topics and questions we’ll cover are:

  • Where can I find Drupal Talent?
  • How can I filter the responses?
  • How do I evaluate the responses that are left?
  • What questions do I ask potential hires?
  • How do I know if the candidates know Drupal?
  • And more…

There will also be a time for Q&A and even a handout or two!

Getting hired

Submitted by George Battelle on Sat, 2011-07-30 05:32.

I am a retired embedded software developer of over 30 years. I am learning Drupal 7 and web technologies to become employable again at 72. I would like to know the answers to these questions myself.
