Romulo Rivera is the founder of eCongressional Solutions, an e-government consulting group with over 11 years of experience building web sites and developing electronic legislative tools for Congress. Romulo has extensive experience in e-government strategies and deployment of electronic data solutions for political groups. During the 2008 presidential election, Romulo served as Deputy Data Manager for the Obama for America Campaign in Ohio. Based out of Culver City, Romulo runs a Drupal shop for Congressional web vendor, Symfodium LLC.
